ive been playing it on my steam deck oled on its lowest settings i get 40 to 50 fps its playable for sure.

Yeah on probs MINIMUM settings... why on earth would you play the latest releases on such settings? robbing yourself of the experience...

Yes. Runs locked stable 30 fps but don't expect any visual fireworks. It looks good enough to play it and You can get decent game time from a full battery considering it's a heavy game. It's a good way to kill time when You're at work away from your pc.

Force it to run on proton experimental. Super resolution 50 (You can play around with this), TSR no frame rate generation, view distance high, post-effects medium, everything else low.

It never launches for me. Anybody modified any settings for the game to work? I'm using an LCD version of SD.

To luanch the game you will need to use proton experiemtal.
And no, it doesn't play well on SD, Lowerest setting, you get less than 40 fps

Thank you that worked. Frame rate blows but at least it can launch.

Wondering when the Steam Deck gen 2 will come out, and then they'll have to have 2 separate icons: "unsupported" for gen 1 and on the right of that "verified" for gen 2. This would be a gen 2 verified game, if Valve did release a more powerful Steam Deck

So what's your verdict? I've been on the fence about ps5 or deck. Only game I've played on ps5 since the deck released is new lord of fallen.

Been playing this game on both my PC and deck (Oled) and I must say it's a pleasant experience on the deck. Expect 30 locked FPS.
