Careful - theres a difference between resolute strike vs. resolute counter flow. Strike is just a heavy attack after a light attack (1 light attack or more) that consumes a focus point. Reason for this distinction, is one of the talents after - Skyfall strike, it only needs you to perform resolute strike. The other talents need you to perform resolute counterflow for you to be able to use a follow up.

I prfer resolute strike + Skyfall strike in general, its hard to time an actual resolute counterflow

Disagree personally because the followup to a resolute strike is always a stagger/knockdown which I find far more valuable than the small amount of damage you might take.

Not really, some bosses can't be staggered and they hit very hard even if you have the skill to reduce dmg. Also I notice the hp recovery on consuming Focus is only the initial resolute strike not the follow up.

Yin Tiger is the fight where I have to stop being greedy using the follow up. Yellow Brow on the other hand I can just go ham on him since he's easy to staggered.

I noticed I fight the rock golem that like to smashed the ground, the resolute strike didn't really work, i am almost interrupted on most of my resolute strike attempts. Not sure did i do something wrong or there are some mechanics that can break through resolute strike.

You know you can activate resolution strike when both ends/tips of for staff light up red/glowing. Pressing heavy attack when it glows at tips will trigger it

One thing to note is that this 'counter', which is essentially what it is, takes skill to use. Not just skill to time, but also skill, timing and planning to use. It can be amazing if you're familiar with an enemy or boss pattern, but also complete garbage if you aren't because you just can't get the timing right.

While I don't think it's useful for all bosses, it can be useful for many bosses that attack a lot. I do feel like the follow up after the counter is often not worth using though. If you time the counter right and have investment in that skill that gives you focus when you use it, it's great. But that follow up will likely leave you with 1 point less than you had and the damage it does is kinda meh a lot of the time. But if you instead just keeping hitting the boss and do a counter where you can, you'll be able to build up to 3-4 points rather easily and deal a ton of damage. Especially useful combined with skills/equipment that heals health when spending focus points, since you'll mitigate some if not all of the damage you'll be taking during your slow, but extremely powerful heavy attack.

Eine Frage, gilt der entschlossene Schlag auch bei Bossen oder nur bei Mobs ?

its the same as perfect dodge, only change is u dont click dodge button, u click heavy button instead.

but this window is very small . usually not perfect dodge would still get u out of the way without any harm. but not perfect resolute counter might get u "flying" if boss use heavy attack

Isn't "Resolute Counterflow" a "Resolute Strike" during an enemy attack? That is, if you press a heavy attack after a light one, you will get a "Resolute Strike", and if you do this during an enemy attack, the staff will turn red and the enemy's strike will be blocked. Also, for "Skyfall Strike", you do not need to have time to do a "Resolute Strike" during an enemy attack. Or am I wrong? There are no such explanations in the description of the skill, but from what is written here, I understood that "Resolute Strike" should be done in any case during an enemy attack. I may have translated it incorrectly.

Skyfall Strike is the second combo of Resolute strike, you hit another heavy attack right after your resolute strike. Yes, Resolute Strike is basically your counter to an enemy attack. When activated, it allows you to dodge the incoming attack and counter with a strike, all with a single button press.

To answer the op question, to activate Resolute Strike, you need to have one focus and be in the middle of a light attack combo. Then press heavy attack as the enemy is attacking you.
