wukong's Jingubang weapon bugged

Is the Jingubang bugged for anyone the passives says the the 4th focus circle would no longer deplete but it is not even showing me 4th focus only showing 3 and the focus bar depletes once the 3rd focus it filled. Tried change weapons and going back to it but nothing. Also tried resetting the game and also nothing.

It is wukong's main weapon that you will get later in the game

Update just figured out that the 4th focus only works in chapter 6 only!!! passive needs to be updated to say only works in chapter 6.

if you're on chapter 6 and the 4th focus is still not showing
try showing headgear on settings and equip the full set
