i use controller only, so idk how keybaord player feel (does multiple key input at the same time delay or block input?)
i think the input lag ppl are talking about are because last movement/animation are not finished? such as 3rd or 4th light attack have slightly more attack frame.
or things like smash strike cant be cancelled. it needs to finish animation before u can dodge/jump/drink?
or when you are out of stamina
2. In your graphic card settings: lock max refresh rate it at -2 frames to your screen native max refresh rate (60hz=58 fps), activate v-sync.
This worked for me

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
Using the latest XBOX controller, I experienced massive input lag even in the Main Menu, including many entirely missed button presses. Then in first fight tutorial, same thing. My other games don't do this and don't need troubleshooting. Refunded
