2) Next after Commander-Beetle
3) Next after Water-Wood Beast

Monk from the Sea - Around New Thunderclap Temple.

2) Next after Commander-Beetle
Daomist Mi - Quest NPC, Purple Cloud Mountain.

3) Next after Water-Wood Beast
Jiao-Loong of Waves - Chapter 6, spawn at the lake after Verdant Path Shrine.

The last two characters.
The Great Sage's Broken Shell - Automatically unlock in NG+

The last one is the old guy that carrying a big gourd.
I read from the Chinese forum that first you must unlock all portraits except for him. Then speak to him in chapters 1, 2, 4, and 5 and fight the Yellow Loong.
It will unlock in NG+ if you've fulfilled all the conditions.
