Controller doesn't respond or bug

Hello,
I play with a DS5 controller and after 5 minutes playing, whenever I do a heavy attack, the character doesn't respond to my inputs and the camera moves very stiffly on its own for like 5 seconds.
This was with steam input on

Afterwards, I've tried to emulate my controller as an xbox controller while steam input is disabled and the controls stopped reacting to my input after I did the immobilisation spell

It's very weird that it stops working after some specific actions... Maybe it has a problem with actions that cause rumbling or something ?

Did anyone had the issue ? I searched a bit, but didn't see anyone with that specific problem
Also my controller works just fine on other games

Tried to play with rumbling disabled and I still get the problem (after using a spell only this time) after 10 minute of playing :/

nevermind, seems like my usb port was dying
