when will the patch come out?
when will a patch come out that will fix a lot of problems with optimization in the game and graphical bugs, like freezes with ray tracing enabled or transparent vertical stripes when rotating the screen. When will these baboons introduce a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sharpness setting for anti-aliasing, because now it feels like this parameter is set to 10 out of 10, and when you rotate the camera with DLSS on quality, all objects like grass flicker like crazy

I havent got any of the issues you are describing and I am running the game on full Cinematic with Raytracing.
Might be some settings you use be it in the GPU control panel or on your monitor itself.

However to answer your question:
Patch will come out when they:
1. Have one
2. When its tested
3. When its approved
4. When they release it.

I do have the occasional red flicker. Not sure if I'm the only one.
I spent the first few minutes trying to figure out if it's part of the game or not xD

What are you talking about, the game freezes in the same places and during boss fights, with ray tracing enabled, especially if you fight them for the first time, because the shaders are not loaded correctly and the cache generated during the first load of the game does not work. Transparent vertical stripes with frame generation enabled are also a confirmed problem that I have seen in my friends and in YouTube videos. Flickering grass, when the camera turns sharply, when ray tracing is enabled and anti-aliasing is set to quality 60-85, is also observed in everyone I know and I have seen it in YouTube videos. Maybe it's enough to defend the fact that it works ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and it's time to fix it? Why the hell, in order to remove the sharpness of the grass, should I set anti-aliasing to balance so that it is slightly blurred, why is there no separate setting. Why the hell do I get freezes during boss fights at 70 fps if ray tracing is on, if it's off there are no freezes.

I presume you're using rtx4090 so are you getting a constant 60fps?

No, using 4070Ti and get 100+ FPS. However i play at 1440p not 4k, cause I see no value in 4k.

I have not had a single freeze or stutter in the game, I also had no strange vertical stripes as you describe them, Grass also does not flicker for me.
I am not saying there is no issue, cause there might be related to some specific hardware combinations, I can only vouch for what I have and experience, and I have not experienced any of what you are saying. Are you running the game at 4k? Cause it might simply be something strange at that resolution. For reference my rig has:
RTX 4070Ti
I7 14700K
64GB Ram
Game running from nvme, at 1440p at max cinematic and Raytracing settings, motion blur and screen shake turned completely off.

The game doesn't seem to like AMD cards but this is also probably in part the fault of AMD as they are often very slow to push out updates when you compare them to Nvidia.

I have had no real issues at all, the game is demanding but so is every UE5 game and you need to be realistic with your settings or you're going to have a bad time.

I do get some freezes and stuttering when loading up and some traversal stutter but this is a quirk of Unreal engines in general and most of the issues clear up after a few minutes of playing.

Overall I have been very impressed how stable and bug free this game has been on release. As so many AAA games today are released in a buggy and unfinished state and worse still they cost more and are infested with micro-transaction a lot of the time.

Yellow wind sage trash boss needs some hotfix balance. what a trash bossfight!

Due to the unknown of the patch delivery, I refunded the game. I use 7900XTX. Couldn't even get pass the intro cutscene. The devs said it's a driver bug, but many people using Nvidia also reported many issues. Would take months until stable. I wouldn't wait that long. If you can play, lucky for you.

AMD users seem to be having pretty much all the issues

Yup, nvidia tends to always be proactive with drivers and latest they release them as the game goes live, but usually its always a few days / weeks before actual release.

I agree that this was somewhat poorly designed. The one issue I had with this boss fight was the forced upward camera angle during one of his attacks that made it impossible to see what the boss, who could still attack you during this, was doing.

In fairness, even with Nvidia there are some pretty big hitches and some pretty severe stuttering in parts that they could address. It isn't constant or game breaking but it is there

Well, first of all, without frame generation you can't have more than 100 fps, on 4070 Ti even without ray tracing, if you play with DLS on quality, then fps on cinematic settings is 50-70, not higher. in some places it can drop below 50. I have a 3090 Ti video card, I played on these settings and I see how this piece of ♥♥♥♥ works, and it is faster than yours, by 10%. Secondly, all the problems I described above occur with ray tracing enabled, and the stripes on the sides of the screen when turning the camera, when frame generation is enabled. Can you even read? Or are you just making up stories, no worse than Chinese rhymers, what a wonderful game this is, with excellent optimization and no technical problems

Never said i was not using framegen. Without RT and DLSS quality i also get over 100FPS, so you are wrong on that part.
Next: Whether your card is 10% faster does not mean much. PArticularly since Nvidia Framegen works only on 40XX series card, so you are either using AMD FG or a mod.

Either way with RT + Framegen I see no stripes or have any stutters or freezes, heck i even use reshade filters on the game and no issues. So just because YOU have a problem does not mean everyone has.
