The main issue I have is that 60 fps doesn't even feel like 60 fps. I'm always above 70-80 for the most part, but the moment it dips even just a few frames, it feels awful to play. And honestly on the lower settings/medium-ish settings the game doesn't even look all that great and the combat has tons of blur/blending. For some people that's fine and they can bear with it, but for me personally the way a game feels and how fluid it is is a massive factor in if I'll be able to deal with it.
It's honestly a game I would LOVE to enjoy, but I just can't with how it currently is. And I also don't want it sitting in my library and then updates come out and don't end up fixing my particular issue. I've tried multiple settings and options but I am now at the 2 hour mark and so I'm way too worried about going too far over the mark and missing the refund window. I won't even be able to test the next update because if I try I might exceed the refund window lol.
