Ray Tracing even make a difference?
I turned RT off and bumped up settings to cinematic. I got a 10 fps bump and no stuttering. Game looks better imo too.

Ray tracing is for specific lighting/shadows/reflections. Some games even tie global illumination to it. Not entirely sure what RT does in wukong, but it looks better with it on in specific areas.
