Does this game work with Steam offline mode?

My boarding school blocks steam and vpn. I want to add this game to my library before I get there. Do you think it will work for at least a couple months?

Don’t want to to be like gta 5 where it just stops working after a week offline :/

this game has denuvo, generally game with denuvo require internet connection to play... but dont know how constant you need too, but i have heard someone says that you need to connect to the internet at least once per week to once per month.

if you need to go offline for a long period of time, i wont recommend this game.

You may just want to connect via cell phone for that part.
