Same goes if he draws his sword and charge at you, it is an easy dodge with some practice. It also have a long recover animation. Just be defensive until he do those 2 attacks. So you have time to do damage back.
Or you can stay in the default stance, and keep at least 1 charge to use as parry, when the tiger draws his sword with his 3 cut attack. dodge first 2 cut, then light attack and parry his delayed 3rd attack. If you missed a dodge, use Black Wing's magical ability to dodge his 3rd attack instead.
His sword is the most damaging weapon, if you can avoid getting hit by that. your chance of winning is much higher. Just ration your ability.
Also his fist, if you got hit the first time, you will get hit the second time. but you can dodge the 3rd. so sometime if you mess up, you just got to wait your turn and not panic and button mash.
When fighting him, I use my transform ability as fail safe when I miss a dodge. to prevent more damage too.
Just like dark soul, know when you can be greedy and when you can not, With some luck, you will pass.
Didn't come up with any neat trick to take him down easier, just had to dodge his ♥♥♥♥ very accurately for a lengthy fight. Dodging backwards seems to be the best way to deal with most of his combos.
you mean having 3 focus points and doing a charged attack that spends it all?
You gotta be the boss, he must be the one crying in the corner; he's just a misunderstood sweet little kitty afterall. They take advantage if you let them, that's everyday life, nothing new
I really wish I liked the Pillar stance. But the fact you take HP damage when on it is just absurdly trash.
The hitboxes can be atrocious too.
