i invested in dodges using less stamina, and dodged like crazy.

Smash stance primarily, switching to pillar stance for a charged heavy hit when I had enough focus. Utilize the shadow step when he goes invis to force the strong two hits onto your clone and then strike from the shadows with the unveiling strike to stagger him.

Stay on mid range from him. and he will use his fist charge and jump into air. It is a delayed dodge. then he will have a long recover animation, which allow you to do at least 1 full combo. Then Freeze. do another combo. Then use Pole stance 3 charge attack. that is 1/4 health gone.

Same goes if he draws his sword and charge at you, it is an easy dodge with some practice. It also have a long recover animation. Just be defensive until he do those 2 attacks. So you have time to do damage back.

Or you can stay in the default stance, and keep at least 1 charge to use as parry, when the tiger draws his sword with his 3 cut attack. dodge first 2 cut, then light attack and parry his delayed 3rd attack. If you missed a dodge, use Black Wing's magical ability to dodge his 3rd attack instead.

His sword is the most damaging weapon, if you can avoid getting hit by that. your chance of winning is much higher. Just ration your ability.

Also his fist, if you got hit the first time, you will get hit the second time. but you can dodge the 3rd. so sometime if you mess up, you just got to wait your turn and not panic and button mash.

When fighting him, I use my transform ability as fail safe when I miss a dodge. to prevent more damage too.

Just like dark soul, know when you can be greedy and when you can not, With some luck, you will pass.

thanks any other advices? he has a combo that is hard to dodge, the one when he starts to do a close combat stance and punches you fast...:steamsad: I am bad ;((((

I used thrust stance.

Didn't come up with any neat trick to take him down easier, just had to dodge his ♥♥♥♥ very accurately for a lengthy fight. Dodging backwards seems to be the best way to deal with most of his combos.

you mean having 3 focus points and doing a charged attack that spends it all?

1/4th of his health in one hit? My 3 focus point charge attacks were doing roughly 1/20th of his health, lol.

I defeated him a few minutes ago, unfortunately I can't tell you much except that for me, next to that snake from Act 1, he was the hardest boss so far.

is immobilise really worth it to invest? you can only use it like 2 -3 times per fight and you just have the time to do one combo :steamsad:

go with at least 150 DEF stat

Got him first try and I'm pretty confident when I said you all can too: the key is RAW AGGRESSIVE and learning a Stagger Combo (create your own and have fun! No need to copy anyone). Just work on what you got and TRUST ME, if you do this NOW, no one can stop you in this game. Treat this game like any other PVP Fighting Game out there: first thing you do is to put tactics and combos on the table and learn them; nothing tedious nothing boring, just like 15 min of your time for your own good.
You gotta be the boss, he must be the one crying in the corner; he's just a misunderstood sweet little kitty afterall. They take advantage if you let them, that's everyday life, nothing new

Just wait until you see what happens next... Tiger (It's not just 1...) and that Snake will seem like child's play.

I really wish I liked the Pillar stance. But the fact you take HP damage when on it is just absurdly trash.

You have to be careful with immobile because you can hit him just when the boss jumps... and you will never reach him, waste mana and probably get hit yourself.

The hitboxes can be atrocious too.

Killed me six times, and on the seventh run i killed him. Dodge learning is essentiell and the two stunning hard attacks after a light combo.
