Random question but do you have an RGB corsair keyboard?
Bro... Thank you! I don't know how you figured that out. But I have a Corsair K95 RGB keyboard, and my settings screen was taking like 15-20 seconds to load each time.
it wasn't doing that yesterday, but started today.
I unplugged my keyboard, went out and back into settings and, boom, loaded fine. Then plugged my keyboard back in, and loading fine still.
That was super annoying because I've been tweaking settings to get the best graphics I can with ~100fps on a 3090 RTX.
Corsair products literally work fine with every other game in existence. That tells us this has nothing to do with Corsair and everything to do with the game having a bug with Corsairs hardware.

They're currently investigating a fix.
Also, while iCUE can work fine it is definitely notorious for its software hiccups. Just a fact.
I'm not running Wukong in a virtual machine (bluestacks). I was pleasantly surprised to see the game is no longer doing this now. Someone patched something, not sure who.
