Daoist MI

Is he bugged? or is that quest forced before beating the boss. I tought i had to kill the boss to find the bodies. I still see his icon on the map

Wait, I'm talking about a different boss. I don't mean the Scorpion Lord but the Doaist Master that has a trash hitbox and is designed around the needle.

Shame... They should get rid of the marker in the Travel menu if this is no longer able to be completed.

This sucks, what's the point of being able to return to map locations, to complete other missed quest, if the NCP just disappears. I killed every yellow robed monk on that map, none of them dropped his item. So like an idiot, I thought I'll come back after killing the main boss. with the belief they would re-spawn, so I could finish the mission.

I also had another problem on the same map, when the scorpion boss didn't drop his 'deathsting' item, after killing him on my first play through. So I couldn't make the insect body armor piece, as it is a component needed to craft it...More issues for Devs to fix hopefully. JC

I missed this but now the question is will this effect the secret ending because I have done everything except this boss

what bothers me is that this guy is right beside the boss, and if you go beat the boss before doing his quests he justs dips. What where they thinking? that's some bad game design right there.
