Where do I go after Stone Vanguard?

I thought "Black Loong" was my next fight, turns out it doesn't lead to anywhere, I have been running around for about 2 hours.. Where am I supposed to go? I did all 6 eyeball things, got the weapon, did that fight, I see a huge door, but it's not interactable, at least not yet?

Man I'm so lost, someone help pls
