Assuming you aren't trolling, IF they were to add a harder difficulty it would also be good for them to add an easier difficulty.
For a ton of people on this forum (mostly those that hate souls-like games) this game is extremely difficult for them, so if they are going to take the time to make it harder they should also give the people that find this game too hard a bone.
Why would i be a troll just for having a private profile?
Sure, add an easier mode too, of course, i don't mind it. I'm all for people enjoying what they paid for.
But i was just saying that i personally would like a harder mode. Because that would be more enjoyable for me personally, and was hoping to have others support that too.
It would also greatly increase the replay-ability of the game, because you could start at easy mode and work your way up in subsequent runs. And i know for sure that is satisfying to do for many people!
I didn't mean to offend anyone by saying i would like a harder mode!
You're saying to add an easy mode and providing no information on how far you are in the game. The first chapter is pretty easy, part of chapter 2 is pretty easy, but chapter 3 starts to provide a good challenge, sometimes more so than people will normally be able to deal with.
That said, there will no doubt be hard mode mods or mods that will allow you to make it harder in various ways for yourself (such as making enemies faster and whatnot). The game uses UE5 so I think there will probably be a plethora of mods since it's also a a really popular game.
Chapter 3 had one hard spot and it wasn't that much harder than the dungeon area in the souls-series with the monsters that reduce your max hp. It's a little bit of a rude awakening since you can't just charge through but it's not that bad. Then again I'm also the guy that charged through the front door of the first castle in Elden Ring with no equip at level 1 on my first playthrough lol.
Non-able will gate keep a fair amount of players if they find him lol. Man was a monster.
Some people write others off for not matching their arbitrary criteria. I don't own the game, so by that logic I'm not allowed to talk about it, even if I've been watching it closely to make my own decision...
I didn't get that far, but i just beat the two wolf bosses (the small fire wolf, and the big white wolf) in the first area really easily, in 2 tries. I had problems with big head blue guy, but once i got it, i got it for the rest of them too it would seem. Mind you, i didn't even use any ability or level the sparks, spells, etc. And i fear that by having all those upgrades it would've really been a cake walk.
Of course i don't know how the game scales later, if it does, that is awesome!
Yeah, that's what i fear!
The hard boss sounds amazing though. But is he still fair? I mean like hard but fair?
Well the first two areas are extremely easy . . .
That'd be amazing, modders are cool as hell!
Especially if you have both a private profile and don't own the game... Then you look like more of a troll then a person just trying to make up their own mind.
