Chapter 2 boss isn't broken. He just stands outside of a windzone. The reason it seems broken to you, is because you didn't find the wind tamer, which is a side quest of chapter 2. Without it, you don't control the wind and he does, which makes it substantially stronger. You can fight him without it (I did because I also missed the tamer and found it later before going to chapter 3.) but it wasn't an easy fight due to the tornadoes.

just beat him without it on third try but I will look for it anyway :D damn this game has so many secrets. I was sure I found it all in chapter 2 xD

I'd say he's near impossible without that "optional" quest. Final phase is super unfair unless you can remove the tornado.

Same, I beat him and then found the Pig. He wasn't that bad though, really easy to dodge, even with the Tornado.

looks like we got ourselves a proper ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boss, first one ive bumped into, instant foot kick and swipes, absolute worst hitboxes for dodging his attacks up to now and let alone even when using the wind thing he still wants to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stand with his back against a wall at the edge of the arena. Run back you say?.....no because he stands there like a mong spamming arcs of electric and ♥♥♥♥.
Nearly got him though, couple more tries :D

Yellow Wind Sage was absolute pain in the ass boss. Definitely most difficult fight up until that point. There were some challenging bosses earlier but this guy forced me to actually step away and go back to grinding few more levels. I eventually killed him when I was level 46. I also farmed a lot of Mind Cores t o craft heavenly medicine to increase my HP and defense few times.

I only gotten the vessel after I killed him so I can not say how much it helps. I, however, can say fighting the boss without it sucked at times because I had several good attempts where he simply refused to get into safe circle and attacked me from outside. I was not able to land more than one or two light attacks on him.

Another ass move is his kick, which is a grab attack that is extremely hard to dodge and will eat anywhere from 20 to 30% of your health bar.

There is always that special kid, mom is always telling him how special he is....

this is the first boss that makes me think the input reading accusations are real. hes not even hard it just defaults to his kick combo when it picks up big damage strings.

boss is so easy bruh , just get the wind tamer , use it when he goes into his phase transition when he yapps around , its gonna stun him and remove the wind and everything then just smash his face , you can beat him without it anyway , on my 1st try i got him to pixel hp but died , then got him close like 5 times out of 20 tries , went to get wind tamer (its worth it u get to kill more bosses and its cool) and killed him 1st try with wind tamer , as i said , not a hard fight just a fun fight

4th try without the windtamer, tricky yeah, but not near impossible, the tornado just moves randomly, just relocate and fight there

after the 20th time I finally beat him but without wind tamer because this pig suddenly glitching somehow and she s wasn't where the quest was :D
