My colleagues are talking about bosses and equipments I've never found.
I'm not even sure I've done even one sidequest. Except if you count random bosses as side quests. Like... frogs or the one who gave me the transformation skill.
One of my equipmentslots have been empty all the time and I just finished the insect arc... so nearly at the end.

I feel forced to do a second run. Or NG+

you miss 3-5 bosses in chapter 2 if you dont do the HOG man quest line and quite a few in chapter 3 and 4, one of the bosses in chapter 3 unlock the vendor hub

You could always google the bosses and run it back
