From what I know, this game has no multiplayer components at all, not even coop PVE like DS, it's purely single player story focused experience. I assume the initial launch might require internet connection for Denuvo activation, but after that you should be able to play it offline.

I was offline when I first tried & can confirm it requires a connection for the initial launch.

So the game will become unplayable for new users (or if you will need to reinstall it on new pc) when this authentication server will get shut down? Or did company announce they have “end of life” plan to not render this game unplayable?

Internet went out at my house during lightning storm and was still able to play no probs. So good luck young padawan, game can be tough.
