I know we got only few more months, but man, after playing this, I really hope we get something so damn good again. S tier game, from mechanics, to graphics, to design, to soundtrack, to homage of source material. Just pure class.

Yeah it does have invincible walls, crashes for some PCs. But the game blows these issues away with pure old fashion quality content.
I was expecting a broken short mess with bad level design and cheap tricks. While this actually feels like a passion project made with care.

Come on Monster Hunter Wilds, I am rooting for you. Please reach this (well when end game DLC comes out, not expecting vanilla to top this)

Whether wukong will become GOTY or not is not a matter of whether it is good enough.
Objectively speaking, even with all its shortcomings, there is indeed no game that can match it in 2024, and no other opponent can even match the level of Wukong.
Therefore, there is only one last measure of whether or not to become a GOTY, which depends on the weight of the LGBTQ group in the TGA. If they replace those brilliant game editors with some fat women who pretending to be confident, then all gamers can give up game, because the future will not belong to those who want to be entertained.
There are no alarmists, just stating the facts. As long as there is no world war, as long as rape and violence do not pervade every corner of the world, these women who dig money from equal discourse will not care about our game.
So what do we need? Start a war and storm the SweetBaby company to rape them and eat their flesh? I don't want that, but when all the entertainment in this world that belongs to men is destroyed, violence and rape will replace games.

MH Wilds release date is 2025.

The only competitor right now is FFVII Rebirth and prolly Space Marine 2. ER DLC is a DLC and won't win GOTY due to that.

But then again, Armored Core 6 was robbed last year so expect the same for Wukong here.

GOTY matters, if you don’t believe so that’s alright but the reality is that the core idea does matter. It rewards good games for actually being good. It causes a sense of drive and competition between devs that used to lead to good games. Its just like sport, the world cup matters. GOTY is the world cup of gaming

Wilds comes out next year, it’s guaranteed that this game will be GOTY. 2 mil players? Easy. Baldurs bear sex sim got goty and its just an overrated copy paste of DoS2 lol

for certain this game isnt going to win any award, this game has humiliated western game industry, especially game journalize is also the judge for TVGA as those are the same people that also trying to cancel this game in the 1st place.

Original Sin 2 was awesome, BG3 is bigger and with more choices and optional stuff. I consider it is an upgrade.
