AUDIO ISSUES WITH CUTSCENES

I moved the game from my HDD to my SSD and it runs better now but I am still having audio issues where during cut scenes the dialog is very low and sometimes it goes through the right speaker and then left then back to being low and then normal volume. I currently have my sound settings for my speakers on 16 bit 48000 Hz. Any solutions would be great!

Try to turn on mono audio on your pc

i have fixed it by reseting audio driver/software. certain options /features might causes game issue.
