I did. but result still same. drivers are up to date even my bios too.

Same here. Downloaded Directx runtime. Same result.

OK guys, I found the solution for my case.

Try to launch the game by double click b1-Win64-Shipping.EXE located at installed dir (Steam/steamapps/common/blackmythwukong/b1/binaries/win64). If you got the application error 0xc000007b, then probably you are facing the same issue as me. For my case i think i got a corrupt file name Xinput1_3.dll.

this issue just plagued me for hours. this ultimately was the fix for me just follow this and this should work for you
