Literally nobody is saying that the game should have a gay character in it, so your wish is granted.
Nobody needs your permission to talk about themselves.
Like anyone needs YOUR permission to speak/write about anything. Weirdo
George Orwell
Tread very lightly if you wanna maintain your account on steam.
The person's oritation can be exoressed freely. This is an american company an the developers have to comply, or the fcc will pull their game.
Harassment against a person based on the race, Gender, Gender identity or affiliation Is prohibited.
And when that person is in support of the game you need to have respect, this is not being requested of you, you will learn respect as what you stated is a violation of the term of service of using the steam platform.
The whole game is a test to see just how stupid american audiences are to bring CCP propaganda into their homes. Of course the first iteration will not be "beat you over the head levels" because it would expose their hand. But one only has to look at how Chinese movies have to incorporate some kind of pro CCP propaganda in order to allow them to release into the country, and Hollywood is notorious for capitulating to CCP mandates that have in some cases removed or diminished the roles of certain characters that were not white or asian. The most notorious case was the treatment of the Fin Character in Starwars between China and western audiences. China is notoriously... NOTORIOUSLY (i can't emphasize it enough) specifically anti black, anti African.
This is what a lot of the small brained, untrained gaming journos were LIKELY trying to get to but not a single one couldn't articulate it well enough of why you should be somewhat suspicious of this game and a lot of the games that come out of china to begin with.
The US has its OWN propaganda games by the way. Never heard of Call of Duty? Of course you have, and MANY countries those games use as the opposition ( Russia, China, Iran) ban the game OR they force Infinity Ward or whoever else to drastically change it for their audiences.
Americans are the only idiots that will naively accept media coming into the country as is from other foreign countries we even have geopolitical tensions with.
Do you think it was a coincidence a story from 1500s that is a stand in parable about a garish glutenous dynasty like the ming who was overthrown by basically a communist uprising of the middle and lower class was held for release until 2024. You think its just a coincidence its a US election year where the economy and billionaire influence are concerns of the american people? Do you think its a coincedence this game comes out specifically during an election cycle where democracy in the US is actually in a state where it can be threatened?
Think about how long we saw previews of this game and the fact its not actually very open world its extremely linear with tons of invisible walls. It has no where near the depth of a souls game but they took the same amount of time to develop it. That should set something off in your head.
That means they had this thing done in a year maybe 2 tops. They started showing this thing in like August 2020... Another Election year. You can look it up.
This is the stuff games journos SHOULD have been talking about and the reason the black myth team had the "no politics" discussion clauses. They were EXPECTING this, but they dodged a bullet because america has sabotaged ITSELF long ago by putting stupid people in powerful positions like print or media in general or timid people afraid to call out BS.
So expect following games to get more and more blatant with the pro CCP positions and anti US shade and think about how much work it took to get a security risk like tik tok banned in the US.
Me personally I always look at the developers when a streamer is pushing a game that is tied to tencent , netease, or a dev team based out of mainland china, and I avoid those games because of all the implied politics that come with them.
Only if I see that a Chinese Dev company is based out of somewhere outside of china like Korea do I even consider playing those games let alone putting them on my PC which is what more Americans need to do , because they do the same to our games. I think Google is still banned over there as well.
Nobody asked.
I just thought you'd like to know that I'm gay!
Why are you gay?
Why are you not gay?
