Can you change your system language to English(United States) and try again. I did have the same bug after changing the language turkish to english it solved the problem,

Can you change your system language to English(United States) and try again. I did have the same bug after changing the language turkish to english it solved the problem,

Steam and the Steam interface were indeed in Turkish. The game subtitles were in English and the Audio-Language used was Chinese.

Now I changed Steam to English and set the game completely (including the sound) to English and tried again. Unfortunately, the result is the same.

Not the game windows itself. if your windows version have multilanguage support can you change to english and try. Other people and i fixed this bug by changing the system language.
