what time will this game release EST?

I saw something on 10am bejing time and that says 10PM the 20th, but why does Steam say the 19th? The time zones confuse me sometimes cause steam did the same with the Elden Ring DLC and i ended up waiting an extra 5 hours cause I saw it said on the steam page "plans to unlock in less than an hour" and was gonna be out at 1PM then realized the EST was actually for 6PM.

There should be a release time post couple days before release. I think it should be Aug 19th in US region and Aug 20th in Asia region depends on time zone
