Broken lighting
What the hell happened to my environment_light?
The maps have no lighting.

Same question. However, I have too light environment light.

i'm fashionably late and this might sound dumb but... try turning your high dynamic range option to "full" (regardless of you having an HDR display or not) and then restarting the mod. it solved the issue for me after everything else failed. i had all source SDK files and half-life games installed and none of the console commands people recommended to deal with fullbright issues or missing environment lighting had helped
