unbalanced matches. I just started playing it (I'm a new player) and I alaways get players who are much stronger than me. Find a way to balance the games, please

Not enough player=not a big enough pool to match you with players on your level.
Concord effect is closing in on this game too.

This game always been like this, In some matches it feels like you are playing with your skill level and in most matches it feels you can't do anything since it matches you against higher skill.

Only thing you can do is keep playing this game against all odds or you can stick to playing single-player.

It will even out, You are coming into the game super late so just focus on learning the characters rather than winning. League of Legends and Dota are massive but being new in 2025 would be the same experience of getting trashed until you get it down.

Once you play more games it will get a bit better, but honestly a person's "skill" will vary game to game. The worse at ow the bigger the swing will be. Just work on improving and don't worry about perceived skill levels. The dude who just went 23/2 may get thrashed next match.
