First If you have AMD Radeon and have GPU scaling off, try putting it on.
If that doesn't work Uninstall the video driver completely and install the driver ONLY without the AMD radeon program they have with it.
Try setting your video options to default if you have modified them.
You may have a bad RAM stick.
Discord and Razor Synapse for some reason cause problems too, because my problem came back until i closed them (it was mainly Razor Synapse stupidly for some reason)
Another thing is to check SysMain in services and make sure its running and not stopped
Try going in to your System > Display > Graphics and finding the OW2 Program and making sure its set to High Performance and not "let windows decide"
You can also try monitoring the temp of your GPU, i didnt win the AMD radeon rx 5700XT lottery so i got a piece of crap, if i go over a certain point it was doing that to me or crashing and restarting my computer, so i had to crank up the fan speeds in the settings of the AMD app
This error happens when the GPU does not respond to windows on time or reports back an error that the GPU has reported.
If you've tried a clean install this is prob not the case but it can also be caused by other software like overclocking software, screen overlays, streaming software, or anything that uses Directx. And when installing drivers make sure to uninstall the old one completely with a software like Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
If nothing works it could be a hardware problem or your that your gpu is not supported? If you don't mind not using your gpu you try switching to using integrated graphics instead.
I want to say maybe blizzard support might be able to help you? Sorry, I hope you can fix it.
u should try that
