The hitbox changes are truly baffling
What level of stupidity does it take for a change like this to even be thought of, let alone planned, greenlit by multiple people on different levels of the corporate hierarchy, and implemented into the full live game? Like, what are they actually smoking over there at Blizzard that made them think this was a good idea? In what universe is it a good idea to make hit boxes so big you can aim using the ult charge meter, and what does this actually accomplish as far as making the game more fair and balanced? WHAT ARE THEY DOING???

well, if you can't tell why making the spot 3ft away from a character count as shooting them, then you should probably stop playing video games

It's making a competitive game less competitive ^^

The skill gap gets smaller when they do changes like this. Making it less competitive ^^

I came back to the game super rusty last night after 6 months of not playing, picked soldier, and was accused of being an aimbot hacker in my first quick play game. I did almost 20k damage.

I think this might be true.

overwatch is way more than having good aim. there is a lot that goes into winning a game beyond pumping your whole mag into someone - ability use, ultimate use, positioning, teamwork, mental, situational awareness, team comps, staggering... getting better at aiming is the EASIEST thing to do in overwatch, it will get better just by playing. so who cares if they make aiming easier? theres a million other things to learn. someone who was gold is probably NOT going to suddenly jump to diamond just because they make bullets fatter

yeah thats why all the hitscans are meta and roles everything they touch. aim can get u so far in this game. theres so many characters that are made for aim. ana, ashe, cass, hanzo, illari, sojourn, widow, sombra and tracer. yeah i can go on forever

No skill support one-trick pony spotted.

Anyone that plays DPS knows that aim is what makes or breaks. You have bad aim and stuck in Silver, You play thousands of hours of aim lab and come with same game sense back, You easily hit high Platinum to low Diamond, if not as high as Master.
You have perfect knowledge, but have no aim skill, You make the perfect manoeuver to isolate Ana and duel her as Genji, but since You only hit 1 Shuriken out of 10, You are never killing her.
To get a flying Pharah out of the air, to contest the Tracer who has been bullying Your healers, to duel the aimbot Widowmaker, You are not achieving much without aim skill to back it up.

But of course, You can just pick stuff like Brigitte and Lifeweaver, and call it a day.

Whoa, you mean to tell me that after a never-ending stream of terrible decisions in both OW1 and 2, Blizzard has actually... made a terrible decision?

I. Am. Shocked.
