GAME Crash, both on battle.net and on steam

After a short testing, this is what i know so far:
1st crash after update when starting a queue.
2nd and 3rd crash instant after restart.
Some time later, i try again after scann and repair using battle net, 4th crash about 15 seconds into a queue for arcade mode this time.
I retry by newly installing (clean install) via Steam, again crash after starting queue.
For some reason, i was able to get into practice range and walk around (quite laggy tho). Afterwards again, once starting queue it crashes.

Blizzard Support, what is wrong since the update?

Yeah same here, I went to queue for quickplay and crashed, and now it just always crashes like 15 seconds to 2 minutes of doing anything

for further information i read the error log and used windbg du debug the dump file. As far as I can conclude, this is the given exception creating the crash:

i crash during hero select

Been having this problem as well. I verified my files, restarted my computer and made sure my drivers where up to date. Game still crashes every 2 - 5 minutes or so.

Same here. Everything is up to date, have not had issues until the new update 04/16/2024.

Yeah I crashed twice as well, once in hero select and so I got banned for an hour, is there any way I can contact someone over this? I'm pretty sure 10 total bans through the season is a perma ban
