low fps when opening te game?
Every time i open the game i start to get fps between 5-10 for no reason, and only about 20 minutes they get back to 220fps. Does anyone know what could be the issue?

Pre-caching of shaders/textures/models/etc is generally the issue you're describing.

the menus are locked to 60hz too.
could maybe cause issues depending on your monitor.

It's probably this yeah, if you are on amd they have this issue where they precache shaders every time the game launches unlike Nvidia doing it once. I usually go straight to the practice room to give the game a minute and stabilize fps.
