How to change voice language in game?

Install language you wish was spoken (right click, properties in Steam library). Then head into Overwatch folder, data. Check for newest file, copy it (on desktop for example). Install back language you wish to have the UI in. Paste back the file you copied back into data folder. Add launch property: +miles_language [language], for example: +miles_language english.
