Cringe Hero Voice Interactions

How the ♥♥♥♥ do i disable them??? They are super cringe, i'm talking about the ones at the start of the game between heroes

I changed mine to a different language, so I don't understand them... or at the very least they sound like they're putting a better effort because I don't understand them. There is a short guide on how to do that but keep the menu to english.

You can't turn them off it's forced on by default.

This. If you don't like it, play something else. The interactions add personality and backstory, and they don't even play during the match itself.
