4 dollar key to a 20 dollar skin plus why would you buy the crate or key on there shop when you could just buy the cosmetic for like 90cents or less on market blizzdrone moment

I've seen people complaining about not getting enough overwatch updates and then being amazed because there's a seal in tf2 after years of nothing

Especially since the economy for TF2 dwindled so long ago that really...a single buck can get you so much stuff to customize with...or you don't and just play and also get every gameplay thing in a fair amount of time...make some friends and most people who played ages probably have countless of duplicates still,...

I bet if you get involved with one community server and stick around some folks might even give you some duplicates.

Or if they don't you can really get every gameplay relevant item in a reasonable amount of time and the game is at least no big advertisement front like...mhhhh~

Yes, let whine about MTX in another game and gaslight that the MTX in this game don't matter. Act/Blizz have the worst white knights ever, they can see problems in every game to even bash them as woke, bad anything but here they is created by the off springs of God Gabe and Godd Howard as these game is prefect and its a sin to mock them.

The big difference is that in TF2 you have all the characters unlocked from the start and you unlock every single non-cosmetic weapon just by playing (and you don't really HAVE to because playing with the default weapons is perfectly viable), meanwhile in OW2 you have to pay for heroes or do the battle pass to unlock heroes, and until you unlocked them all you're at a clear disadvantage because you can't counter-pick. Not to mention that thanks to community market you can just buy whatever you want from other players and that through the scrap system you can theoretically collect enough metal to trade for the cosmetics you want.
Also, the cosmetic system is more interesting, letting you put up to 3 different cosmetic items on the same character for more customization, meaning each singular cosmetic has more value since it can give you a lot of different looks for your character depending on what you combine it with.

I love how inconsisnt thaese players are. All tf2 has done is make new things for them to paywall, exacy same crap as OW2. It's just been around for longer and peopoe already have grinded for the new "classes" (demoknight) so people care less.

there's no white knighting. what blizzard did was horrible. what valve has done with teh youtube shorts algorithm is also horrible and MTX and gambling, even OW doesn't have that evil crap anymore. we just want consistancy among complaints :)
