Help! Black Screen! Can't enter game.
I opened Overwatch 2 in Steam and entered the game server. After binding the account is completed and finishing the "first time setup", there is a black screen with no response for half an hour. The mouse can be moved in the black screen. I can only exit the game, without entering the main interface. Dozens of repeated attempts have been useless.
System configuration:
-- processor: 12th Gen Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-12700H 2.30 GHz.
-- RAM:16.0 GB (15.7 GB available).
-- Video card: GeForce RTX 3050.
Solutions that have been tried include:
-- wait for a response for over 30 minutes.
-- restart the game "Overwatch 2".
-- verify the integrity of the game file of "Overwatch 2".
-- restart Steam.
-- restart the computer.
-- computer name, full path of game installation, full path of Steam installation are all in English.
-- install the latest NVIDIA Experience and Game Ready drivers.
-- turn off "in-game override" in NVIDIA Experience.
-- (Overwatch 2 cannot be scanned in NVIDIA Experience).
-- in the NVIDIA panel: "Global Settings" Select a high-performance processor.
-- in the NVIDIA panel: "Program Settings" Select the high performance processor of "Overwatch 2".
-- choose English as the game language.
-- the previous Battlenet program has been uninstalled from the computer.
-- restart NVIDIA LocalSystem Container in "Service".
-- restart NVIDIA Display Container LS in "Service".
These all help nothing to the black screen.
I would like to ask if there is an effective solution. If any, thank you!
