Is it possible to move my config files from Battle.net to Steam? Or should i set up everything from scratch?

I mean, you can try. See if you can drag over the battle.net files to steam and verify the game integrity on steam.

You config files are stored in Documents\Overwatch\Settings, they'll be picked up automatically by both the battle.net and steam versions. You don't have to move anything. :)
