Failed to load function.

After the last patch when i try to launch the game i get this error message:

"Failed to load function.

Module: Kernel32.dll
Import: GetoverlappedResultEx
Error code: 127

The specified procedure could not be found."

Anyone else having this or anyone know what it means?
