Ngl it's hilarious sad watching people blame the game for their own inability or refusal to learn and grow..
When it comes to a dealing with a singular hero it's just a matter of understanding how that hero functions and understanding how to hinder or shut it down enturely..
Dealing with ball is as simple as hindering or shutting down his High mobility.. which there's tons of ways to do..
This is just another case of players blaming the game because they can't learn and adapt
Ball requires an actual skilled player to pull that off. If the Ball player is worse than his opponents he just gets owned left and right or is just bouncing around uselessly contributing noting while the enemy tank is mowing down his backline.
He's like Doomfist -- godly in the right hands and trash if you have no clue what you're doing. And that's fine. Most heroes are like that. Widows are godly in the right hands, absolute deadweight if they can't hit any headshots.
The only fun part about ball is when he starts raging and swaps to Zarya, but that's a very low positive since Zarya is cancer too
This is course can happen when fighting any tank if your teammates don't understand target prioritization, but ball for some reason causes everyone's IQ to drop even when he isn't a threat.
because its never the balls team thats bad or making the wrong picks right? since 99% of this skill issue player base never plays tank, no one understands how team dependent tanks actually are. this goes for all roles, but tank especially.
This really. Most "tank diff" issues are actually support issues. And I say this as a Support Main.
Nothing is not decided by the matchmaker. You people still drinking that Kool Aid that EOMM is a conspiracy to make player's lives miserable. Most people aren't smart enough to understand what makes the game work and why teams lose. You think an AI can figure it out? LOL.
The real reason you are on winning or losing streaks, is you just happened to be put in a team where the people in it had playstyles that didn't work together with the heroes they happened to pick. This game is a team game. It's all about teamwork.
I've seen godly players in one match get utterly owned the next match. By the same people they were stomping the previous match. I've been that player. Many times. On both sides of the stomping equation. It happens because when we get the support we need, we can really push our strengths. When we don't, we just flounder.
The matchmaker isn't putting you on a "lose queue" or anything of the sort. The players you just happened to get paired up with couldn't work together with you. It happens, especially in solo queue/Rando PUG land.
we all aware about his treatment by the hands of the devs
in the past a full mobility dps who can reach all places on the map
then a full time tank who defense matrix is the only perk who work and with his uppercut removed and retconed
