Smurfing and cheating is getting out of hand

Endorsement level 1, 60-70 hours accounts with chinese / korean names on EU server just taking over the whole game as a widow / genji / ashe

Players literally admitting to cheating (and you can see they are cheating if u watch the game replay) while being queued up with friends who just spam ez all game

Meanwhile Im getting a 2 weeks silence for saying gg after a won game (cuz its somehow branded toxic and disrespectful), unable to communicate with my team, making my games even harder to win

What an absolute waste of a community...

How would you you improve this situation with smurfs accounts and cheating??

Gonna be honest. I'm and old vet from Ow1. People pay money for boost accounts, accounts with exclusive skins like the cowboy bebop collab, it's a crazy market. So cheating and smurfing would never stop.

active games masters that would be in game spot checking/shadowing games, ban there and then if it comes to it.

also have someone review replays for anyone that is reported.

If this were a decade ago, absolutely sure, it worked great back in the Golden age of tf2..

Today? Absolutely not.

Blizzard basically gives each individual player the ability to determine what is or isn't "abusive chat" for themselves, the hands out punishments based upon it..

We see how well that's working out.

It would just become another bullying tool, as gamers are no longer mature enough to be able to handle any kind of power or authority responsibly or fairly.

I know I'm not..

In a lobby with someone screaming slurs and someone having a meltdown over it.. I'm using my power on both of them...

Can i report people for smurfing? Is that considered as "cheating - boosting / deranking"?

Idk how I would improve the game, theres smurfs in every online comp game. Maybe I was just unlucky and went against a few of them game after game. But I dont understand how I can win 10 games in a row and dominate and then lose 10 games in a row without having any chance to win. The system feels rigged af... I know every game is meant to be 50/50 but I feel like its not, for me its more like having massive win streaks and then having massive lose streaks.

I literally got reported for in game toxicity for commenting this in game match (makes no sense) bunch of player accounts below Lv2-3 endorsements with Steam Lv0 private account to 1 new freshly made accounts only uses predictable cheat aim heros like widow, genji for attack and zen and ana for healers
