New Junk City bugged

I have been having issues with Overwatch 2 since the latest update. Every time I get queued up to New Junk City my game lags out and will not completely connect, to other players I am "in game" but for me, I'm still in the loading screen. When this happens I cannot leave game without hard stopping the entire video game. If I stay in hoping that I will connect, I get kicked out due to "inactivity" in-game, and get penalized and banned for 3 minutes for "disrupting" other players game. Again this ONLY happens with the New Junk City map.

Please help!
