Solo queue has become impossible

While it was ok playing the game solo queue a few months ago, now it looks like you always get the dumbest and newbies teammates possible, against a team fully cooperative, knowing how to play. This happens both in qp and ranked.

Sounds weird but just adapt to your teammates playstyles, even if it's beyond suboptimal. It'll get better when you get up. My playstyle has to radically change when i go between alts and even if i play 'better' on lower elo it doesn't work.
