Stuck on Loading Screen and Unable to Select Heroes

I’m experiencing some issues while playing Overwatch 2. Whenever I enter any game mode, my first match usually starts without any problems. However, during my second or subsequent games, I start encountering issues.

Sometimes, during match entry, the game gets stuck on the loading screen. The loading seems to continue, but the match doesn’t start. If the match does begin, I cannot access the hero selection screen, and as a result, I get kicked out of the game.

Because of this issue, I have now received a 2-hour game ban. Is this problem happening only to me? If anyone knows a solution or has experienced something similar, could you please help?
