Because not everyone reports everything.. even though the tos defines "abusive chat" as anything someone else says that someone else doesn't like

I agree, most of the OW2 playerbase are massive snowflakes as they UNABLE to look at themselves critically and objectively, they cannot put together in any universe that their gameplay might be bad and may need to switch heroes, but ask ANYONE to swap and it becomes a flame fest.

Gamers these days are too fickle and don't want to take any accountability whatsoever it's always "Carry harder then" like... no stupid, it's a TEAM BASED GAME, get your head out of your anus and play like you have above 50IQ.

Got chat banned for telling a dps moira too queue dps in ranked if that's all he wants to do

I had my original account closed because of false reports. contacted support and they pretty much told me to get bent

I love nothing more than to not communicate and play as bad as I can.. the moment they say anything about it I report them for it.. sometimes even crossing into troll territory...

It's so hilarious watching them on the fourms cry about getting "unfairly punished" and trying to validate their victim hood... and most of community tells them they deserved it..

It never used to be this bad, now the vast majority of games have almost no comms because people don't want to talk. Play with friends is the only option. Or more don't play this game anymore.
