Best tip would be to save your lifespan by uninstalling and doing something productive.

Pick a character you like and give them a few games straight. You may lose a lot, but its important to learn the flow of the characters. Also make an effort to not go down the main route for a map. There are a lot of ways to get the jump on your opponents.

say tank diff whenever you play so poorly and need an excuse, bad dps and/or bad support = tank diff

play support if you don't want to be blamed for anything and play as terrible as you want. highly recommend as a safe-space for beginners and low skill players
