I forgot about that my bad, the porsche skin came back because porsche brought the DVA mech to GamesCom, Porsche had a partnership with GamesCom as part of their marking.

Back when Porsche collab was live, Porsche did promise to show the 1:1 real life creation of the Dva mech to the public.

I don't think it means anything for the odds of other collabs coming back, I think they would like to bring them back because money but I assume blizzard has to pay licensing fees, I think the Porsche one was different because it was planned in advance to come back and it was more like an ad that Porsche did for their new car, so I don't think blizzard had to pay anything, they probably got paid instead.
