Report a translation problem
I completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially after you've completed your purchase and expected to enjoy the content right away. We've received reports of delays with some Steam purchases, so we're currently advising players to wait a full 48 hours from the time of purchase to allow the content to be delivered properly.
Once this time has passed, please log into Overwatch via Steam, and try playing 1-2 games. This should trigger the delivery of your Battle Pass for Season 15. If after 48 hours you're still unable to access the Battle Pass, please reach out to us again and provide a full screenshot of the transaction, making sure your Steam username is visible (normally displayed at the top right of the Steam window).
