Help! Widowmaker winter chic outfit

I unlocked the outfit, but the pfp that goes with it wont unlock.
Any reasons why?

Because there isn't one, you get the skin and a highlight intro

When u go to widow pfps, all the way to the bottom theirs a winter chic pfp to match with her outfit.
