Yep I'd much prefer to leave those god awful matches where matchmaking expects me to either attempt to hard carry a casual stack against a sweat stack, or get weighed down by them.
But now I get punished for that, so In those matches I refuse to carry..
It's hilarious how mad people get over this, acusing me of throwing. Lol
I'm not throwing, I'm just playing to carry my weight, no one else's.. so as long as everyone is capable of carrying their weight or someone else is willing to compensate for the ones who can't, that match is entirely winnable..
So the only ones actually "throwing" in that context are the players who cant carry their weight..
Players who get mad about this are projecting their anger over being bad. :/
It's sad considering most bad players are bad due to bad habits and ignorance.. and rely solely on mechanical skill and brute force to win, which doesn't get you very far.
if overwatch is kicking you out of the games it means you are having huge windows of packet loss where you are missing maybe 15 packets in a row.
do a ping on "cmd" see how consistent your internet is, cause no online game will keep players if you have like 20%-30% packet loss, specially continuous packet loss.
OVERHYPED 2 Overwatch 2: leave or be idle for more than 0.0001 miliseconds and we will eradicate your rank and punish you severely
Why do players leave matches? Most commonly due to this games pathetic excuse for a matchmaking system...
Instead of addressing the issues within matchmaking thats ultimately causing driving players to leave matches... they chose to put a bandaid on a problem it created.
It's for this very reason, the punishment does very little to stop leavers, but will definitely negitively impact everyone with time, and ultimate foster even more "toxicity" in the playerbase.. while doing nothing that actually benefits the game or playerbase in any form..
