You are mistaken about cheats in the game. When I started playing the game two months ago, all snipers seemed like cheaters to me. Then I learned that you need to aim not at the head, but over the body, because the head hitbox is much larger than its image. And that moving right and left in many cases helps against a sniper. Then I began to often kill snipers on the medic from a distance. Now I think that you can meet a real cheater in the game with a very small probability.
