Bought Ana weapon mythic pack and got no 20 levels

It literally does tho, it says you get 20 BATTLE PASS SKIPS, not 20 PRESTIGE skips. Thats why they get banked.

As much as i would like to agree with you, prestige is still part of the battle pass, it says battle pass on the left side and you access it by pressing on the battle pass button text on the homescreen

No, if you are already past level 80 you don't need to press a separate button to go to the prestige part of the battle pass, it takes you there just by pressing on the "Battle Pass" text, like i statet in my previous comment, and even if it wouldn't it still clearly states that this is the "Season 12 Battle pass" on the left side of the screen
