Failed to Connect to Server

Sometimes when I join a match, I stay in the menu while everyone else is in the game and after a few seconds I get "Failed to connect to server" message in chat.

When I get this in comp games, the game suspends me for 1 hour (or more), and gives me a loss. I can even see the game chat and what the players are typing, but it just doesn't put me into the game. I just stay in the menu.

In quick play it isn't much of a problem. I just queue again. But in comp it's very unfair that I get this big penalty for doing nothing wrong. My rank went to sh!t because of this.

(I get this an average of 1 out of every 10 games. Sometimes more.)
